1 sheet of Puff Pastry (this is found in the dessert frozen section), thaw this out-only takes a few minutes.
Take a wheel of brie, don’t take out of the refrigerator until you are ready to wrap and bake. This helps the brie to stay together and not melt too much.
Once your Puff Pastry is thawed out, put your wheel of Brie in the middle and top with whatever you want. I use a Strawberry Chutney or during the holidays I top with Cranberry-Pecan Salsa.
Wrap the Puff Pastry around the brie in anyway you can, seal the edges and Bake at 350 until your Puff Pastry is light brown.
Serve with sliced green apples and crackers – Delicious!
