WOW, made these for my families Christmas Dinner as one of our appetizers and what a HIT!
20 egg roll wrappers
1lb ground beef
can green chile
Tomatillo Salsa (optional)
jalapeno jack cheese
Very simple! Cook the ground beef until no longer pink, add the taco seasoning per instructions.
I mix HOT green chiles with tomatillo salsa.
Then simply add a little more than a tablespoon with the green chile/tomatillo salsa and cheese, then roll the wrapper and deep fry.
